Biography

Chris received a B.S. in Chemistry from UCSB. He worked on the synthesis and design of vitrimeric networks, with the aim of broadening the stimulus-scope. During the summer of 2017, he worked as a visiting researcher at Stanford in the Waymouth group, testing the feasibility of using PHBV for 3D printing and synthesizing high-MW PLA. After college he planned to work in industry, focusing on the materials side of product design. In his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors and staying active.
