Undergraduate Institution: University of California, Berkeley
Angelique completed her B.S. in Chemistry with honors at UC Berkeley in 2017. As an undergraduate, Angelique conducted research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for 2.5 years in the group of Dr. Brett Helms. Her research at Berkeley Lab ranged from synthesizing redox-active organic molecules for battery applications to investigating exchange reactions for reconfigurable polymeric materials. In Summer 2016, Angelique completed a summer internship with the support of the UC LEADs fellowship at UC Irvine with Professor Aaron Esser-Kahn on the chemistry of mechanically-activated self-healing materials. Angelique completed her doctoral studies in Materials Chemistry at UCSB as an NSF graduate fellow.
